Liteup Delivers Full Technical Production for Make-A-Wish UK’s Flagship Ball at The Savoy

In May 2025, Liteup supported Make-A-Wish UK in delivering its flagship fundraising event, A Night of Wishes, held at the iconic Savoy Hotel in London.

Brought in to manage full technical production, Liteup worked closely with the charity’s events team to strengthen the identity of the evening and ensure a smooth, impactful experience for every guest. The team delivered a bespoke stage and set design that complemented the elegance of the Savoy’s ballroom, while incorporating tailored elements that reflected the unique branding of A Night of Wishes.

A custom-built backdrop anchored the visual concept, helping to create a cohesive and immersive environment that brought the event to life.

Lighting was used creatively throughout the evening to support a range of moments — from emotive speeches to dynamic live performances — enhancing the atmosphere and guiding the flow of the programme. A fully integrated video and audio system ensured that all attendees, regardless of location within the space, could remain connected and engaged with every element of the show.
